VortAR — Child Safety Standards

1. Overview / 概要

VortAR is a location-based social application exclusively designed for adults aged 18 and over. The app is not intended for use by minors, and access by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.

VortARは18歳以上の成人専用のロケーションベースソーシャルアプリです。未成年者の利用を想定しておらず、18歳未満の方のアクセスは厳しく禁止されています。

2. Zero Tolerance Policy / ゼロトレランス方針

VortAR maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The following content and behaviors are absolutely prohibited:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
• Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors
• Sharing, distributing, or promoting CSAE-related content

いかなる形であれ、児童の性的虐待・搾取（CSAE）に関連するコンテンツや行為はゼロトレランスで対処します。違反を確認した場合は即時アカウント停止の上、当局に通報します。

3. Age Verification / 年齢確認

VortAR requires all users to verify their date of birth upon registration. Users under 18 years of age are prevented from creating an account and accessing any features of the application.

新規登録時に生年月日の入力を必須とし、18歳未満のユーザーはアカウント作成および全機能へのアクセスを技術的に制限しています。

4. Reporting Mechanism / 通報メカニズム

Users can report any concerns related to child safety directly within the app. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

• In-app reporting available for all users
• Reports reviewed within 24 hours
• CSAM content will be immediately removed and reported to relevant national authorities (including through NCMEC CyberTipline where applicable)

アプリ内から直接通報が可能です。CSAMコンテンツが確認された場合は即時削除し、関係当局（国家犯罪捜査機関を含む）へ通報します。

5. Compliance / 法令遵守

VortAR complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety, including:

• Japan's Act on Punishment of Activities Relating to Child Prostitution and Child Pornography（児童買春・児童ポルノ禁止法）
• Google Play's Child Safety Policy
• Apple App Store's Guidelines on child safety
